EXCEL (Extension and Continuing Education for LIfe), HKAPA

EXCEL (Extension and Continuing Education for LIfe) is the Continuing Education arm of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, offering continuing education courses to people of all ages. EXCEL's youngest students are nine months old.

EXCEL runs three terms of part-time short courses each year, in spring (January to June), summer (July to September) and fall (October to December). Part-time short courses are held in evenings and weekends. EXCEL also offers a full-time programme in Musical Theatre.

EXCEL has experienced rapid and sustained growth in the past decade. Not only has the Academy established itself as one of the most prominent institutions offering a diverse range of arts courses fot the public of every age and interest, through EXCEL it has also helped to extend the Academy's international faculties and facilities to a broader community,
